Faculty members are typically charged with the task of teaching, demonstrating, supervising and evaluating nursing students in class room, laboratory and clinical settings such as hospitals or other places where nurses work, like community health centres. Clinical practicum work generally involves taking students on rounds to visit various hospital floors, teaching them how to care for patients, guiding in research as well as showing them how to complete correct documentation of patient cases. Educators also introduce nursing students to medical & technical equipments, demonstrate their proper use.
The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as on or before 31/12 of the year of admission (as per University norms).
